Roles and Responsibilities:

– Analyzing Client’s Requirements, Handling the team & coordination 
– Doing front end with Client Handling and managing workflow for recruiters
– Source potential candidates through online channels,
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
– Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
