Responsibilities: 
 
Needs Assessment: 
∙Conduct comprehensive assessments of AS IS clients’ automotive dealership operations to 
identify opportunities for CRM, DMS, and Vehicle Service Management system 
implementations to mitigate gap with Industry benchmarks 
 
Solution Design: 
∙Design and architect CRM, DMS, and Vehicle Service Management solutions tailored.
the unique requirements of automotive dealerships. 
∙Provide recommendations on software selection, customization, and integration. 
 
Implementation: 
∙Lead or assist in the implementation of CRM, DMS, and Vehicle Service Management 
systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing IT infrastructure and business 
processes. 
∙Configure and customize CRM, DMS, and Vehicle Service Management platforms based on 
dealership needs. 
 
Data Migration: 
∙Oversee the migration of data from legacy systems to new CRM, DMS, and Vehicle Service
Management platforms, ensuring data integrity and security.
