Openings for Business Analyst Role / WFO / 4+ Years

Location: Bangalore

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with the internal business team (SP.UW, Actuary, Operations, Claims, and Finance) and external partners to ensure a mutual understanding of processes and applications
• Requirements elicitation and System solution designing
• Define the customer journey
• Coordination with the development team on project planning & Deliveries
• Weekly Sprint planning along with Product Managers
• Understand business priority and drive the Business process/development

Job Requirement/Skills:

• 3-8  years of experience in the Life Insurance domain
• Strong knowledge of life insurance products
• Hands-on experience with SQL, API
• Knowledge of the insurance process (quote, policy issuance, finance, claims). Expertise in any one of the processes is a must
• Good communication/interpersonal skills
